How do I add a dependent?

Log in to benefitsolver.com (company key lakecounty), choose Life Events > Update, and upload supporting documentation within 30 days of the event. Have dependents' dates of birth and SSNs handy.

Is Teladoc really free?

Yes — $0 per visit, 24/7/365, for every ESCWR employee and household member, even if you're not on the medical plan. Register at TeladocHealth.com or call 1-800-835-2362, then request a visit by phone or video.

Is the EAP confidential?

100% confidential. AllOne Health is an independent partner — your district never sees who calls or why. You get up to 6 free sessions per issue for your whole household. Call 800-451-1834 (company code LCSCeap).

What's the opt-out incentive?

If you have other coverage, you can waive ESC medical and earn a yearly bonus — $900 as a single employee, or $2,500 if you cover eligible dependent children. Contact HR at (440) 350-2563 for requirements and to enroll.
